It’s time to trick or treat your team to a night of delight at The Halloween Olympics! In this virtual mini-game challenge, we’ll split your group up into small teams who will compete against each other to earn points in a series of spooky challenges - from the Jack-O-Lantern art jam to a Halloween pop-culture trivia and more. At the end of 6 grueling events, the top 3 teams will be awarded Gold, Silver and Bronze medals and bragging rights until Christmas! Your team is sure to have a fang-tastic time in this 75-minute activity!

How It Works

➡️ Before the activity, we’ll split your total group up into teams of 5 - 8 participants. Each team will need to meet up to coordinate their costumes for the big day!

➡️ There will be 6 events in the Halloween Olympics. They are:

  • The Opening Ceremony: Teams will work together to create a creative, wild, wacky 30-45 second skit to introduce themselves! The skits will be critiqued by the toughest judges of all - your peers!
  • The Great Halloween Quiz: Teams will now be put to the ultimate test - a quiz on their knowledge of Halloween pop-culture!
  • Bonus Round!: A surprise opportunity for one team to earn (or lose) points on the road to the Gold.
  • The Jack-O-Lantern Art Jam: It's time to unleash your internal Pumpkin Picasso! In this event, teams will be challenged to work together to create their very own digital team Jack-O-Lantern, which will be judged by their peers!
  • Bonus Round!: Another surprise opportunity for one team to earn (or lose) points on the road to the Gold.
  • The Closing Ceremony: The Olympics Judges will now give two secret awards to complete the competition. The final scores will then be tallied and the final standings revealed!

The Halloween Olympics is great for anyone interested in a fun-filled, Halloween-themed activity.

🔴 The Halloween Olympics is a browser-based activity and requires no downloads or logins. We recommend that all participants join from a computer.

👪  Participants: Broken up into teams of up to 5-8 people. Breakout rooms will be used about 50% of the time.

💻 Virtual vs. Hybrid vs. In-Person: Due to the nature of this game, The Halloween Olympics will be just as fun regardless of whether your team is completely virtual, hybrid or entirely in-person. Our Hosts will make sure that you have a blast no matter where your team is located!

Frequently Asked Questions

What times are available to book your Hosted Activities?

Our activities are available for booking 24 hours a day / 7 days a week! While we have never turned a client down due to lack of availability, we do kindly ask that groups up to 30 participants give us at least 2 days’ notice, and groups of greater than 30 participants give us at least 1 weeks’ notice.

What video conferencing platforms do you support?

We support all of the “Big Four” platforms - Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Webex by Cisco. Don’t use one of those platforms? No problem. If we can download it and it has breakout rooms, we can use it :)

What languages do your Hosts speak?

We can assign you Hosts that speak English, Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, Bahasa Melayu/Indonesia, Spanish, Russian, Polish, or Ukrainian!If you would like a non-English speaking host, you can request this at the checkout page. However, please do note that all of our game content is currently only available in English and Spanish.

What are the payment terms for your Hosted Activities?

We operate on a two invoice model. To confirm your activity, you will pay a 30% deposit of the total amount up-front. Then, we will issue you an invoice to pay the remaining balance after the activity is completed. Have additional participants joining last minute? No worries! We will add those participants to the final invoice.

I booked my activity but it looks like LESS participants than I expected will turn up! Can I get a refund?

As long as you let us know at least 72 hours before your activity how many participants you’ll be expecting, we’ll be happy to refund you the deposit difference if that number is lower than what you originally expected! However, within 72 hours we will lock in the minimum number of participants as we also need to schedule our Hosts and can’t cancel on them at the last minute.

I booked my activity and it looks like MORE participants than I expected will turn up! What should I do?

Awesome, it’s going to be even more fun! You can add as many participants as you’d like, even at the last minute! If you can give us a heads up at least an hour or two before the activity starts, then we’ll also be able to add more Hosts to cater to your larger group. We have over 100 Hosts on staff, so this is no problem for us!
