Welcome to Hollywood, where the rich get richer, and murderers…get away with it! When a short list of celebrities and wannabes gather on the luxury yacht belonging to famous movie director Cameron Goldman, nobody expected their esteemed host would end up starring in his own murder. Now you must unravel the case of Cameron Goldman’s death by discovering the sordid secrets of all those aboard the ill-fated yacht. Which of the party-goers had it in for the infamous director? Step aboard his outlandish yacht and uncover the truth! It’s time to unveil The Final Cut!
How It Works
The Final Cut is an interrogation-based murder mystery. It can be played with 3 - 12 players + 1 host (for this game, we recommend that the host does not also attempt to play one of the roles). Have more than 12 players? Extra players can join as Investigators! The Investigators will be allowed to question any character of their choosing at the end of each round, and will also be able to vote for who they think committed the crime.

🔴 Format: This murder mystery can either be played in-person or virtually.
🎭 Acting Requirement: In interrogation-based murder mysteries, players are required to ask open-ended questions to each other in order to uncover clues and inconsistencies in the character's stories. This style of murder mystery requires more acting ability than a script-based murder mystery (but it can also be more fun for the right audience!).
👪 Large Groups: Large groups can play this murder mystery by breaking up into groups. A group of 15, for example, could either have one or two self-hosted games going on simultaneously or you could hire us to be the Host and let everyone play in either a Player or Investigator role. The possibilities are endless!

Our Hosted Activities are all 45 to 90 minutes in duration, moderated by our amazing team members, and feature gaming experiences that we’ve hand picked and developed specifically for a virtual format. Many of these activities utilize breakout rooms, so we provide 1 host for every ~5 participants to make sure you have all the energy and hype you need to have a great time! For around the price of a movie ticket, we’ll treat you to a fun, unique experience that you’ll never forget.
Our activities are available for booking 24 hours a day / 7 days a week! While we have never turned a client down due to lack of availability, we do kindly ask that groups up to 30 participants give us at least 2 days’ notice, and groups of greater than 30 participants give us at least 1 weeks’ notice.
All of our Hosted Activities are designed to be delivered in 45 to 90 minutes. The exact duration of each activity can be found by clicking on the activity from the Hosted Activities page.
We support all of the “Big Four” platforms - Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Webex by Cisco. Don’t use one of those platforms? No problem. If we can download it and it has breakout rooms, we can use it :)
We can assign you Hosts that speak English, Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, Bahasa Melayu/Indonesia, Spanish, Russian, Polish, or Ukrainian!If you would like a non-English speaking host, you can request this at the checkout page.
