You’re invited to the Friedman Family Reunion, a once-in-a-decade gathering of this extremely wealthy but highly disfunctional family - hosted at the home of patriarch, Levi Friedman. The weekend starts uneventfully, but everything turns upside down when you wake up early Saturday morning and discover that Levi’s been murdered and the family jewels are stolen! Can you unravel the clues, interrogate your fellow family members and pin down the murderer before the jewels go missing forever? It’s time to solve the mystery of Levi Friedman’s Family Reunion!
How It Works
Levi Friedman’s Family Reunion is a script-based murder mystery. It can be played with 6 Players + 1 Host (for this game, we recommend that the host does not also attempt to play one of the roles). Have more than 6 players? Extra players can join as Investigators! The Investigators will be allowed to question any character of their choosing at the end of each round, and will also be able to vote for who they think committed the crime.

Levi Friedman’s Family Reunion is perfect for anyone looking for a casual, investigative team activity!
🔴 Format: This murder mystery can either be played in-person or virtually.
🎭 Acting Requirement: In script-based murder mysteries, players simply need to read the script that has been provided to them and then use the clues provided to solve the murder. This style of murder mystery requires little to no acting ability and is ideal for those who have never played a murder mystery before.
👪 Large Groups: Large groups can play this murder mystery by breaking up into groups of 7 (6 Players + 1 Host). Groups of odd numbers, like 9 for example, could have 6 Players + 1 Host + 2 Investigators. Otherwise, you could hire us to be the Host and let everyone play in either a Player or Investigator role. The possibilities are endless!

Brought in Runaway Games to host our Halloween Happy Hour tonight! It was seriously so fun and the employees all had a blast. I really liked the way the puzzles were laid out and how they varied from each other. It kept it super entertaining and my team was super focused!

Our Hosted Activities are all 45 to 90 minutes in duration, moderated by our amazing team members, and feature gaming experiences that we’ve hand picked and developed specifically for a virtual format. Many of these activities utilize breakout rooms, so we provide 1 host for every ~5 participants to make sure you have all the energy and hype you need to have a great time! For around the price of a movie ticket, we’ll treat you to a fun, unique experience that you’ll never forget.
Our activities are available for booking 24 hours a day / 7 days a week! While we have never turned a client down due to lack of availability, we do kindly ask that groups up to 30 participants give us at least 2 days’ notice, and groups of greater than 30 participants give us at least 1 weeks’ notice.
All of our Hosted Activities are designed to be delivered in 45 to 90 minutes. The exact duration of each activity can be found by clicking on the activity from the Hosted Activities page.
We support all of the “Big Four” platforms - Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Webex by Cisco. Don’t use one of those platforms? No problem. If we can download it and it has breakout rooms, we can use it :)
We can assign you Hosts that speak English, Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, Bahasa Melayu/Indonesia, Spanish, Russian, Polish, or Ukrainian!If you would like a non-English speaking host, you can request this at the checkout page. However, please do note that all of our game content is currently only available in English and Spanish.
